What is he saying about the arena? I can't listen to it because I am at work.

He was extremely pessimistic about it happening at Cal Expo. Report due out March, '09 on proposed new arena there. Says horrible economy means banks are not or cannot lend for such a huge risky project. Went on to say, in current tough times and as result of their past actions billionaire Maloof's do not engender a lot of local sympathy. First part and most of interview was about state worker furloughs as a result of state budget crisis.
