I've heard Toronto is interested, which makes sense because they need a center, Magloire is from Canada and would be popular. Chad Ford reported something along the lines of Mo Williams/Magloire for either Charlie Villanueva or the #1 pick. I can't see that happening though -- Toronto would give up way too much, particularly since Magloire is a free agent after the season.
If' I'm the Raptors GM, I'd actually consider handing off the #1 pick for Magloire under the following conditions:
1) He signs a new contract prior to the trade (considering his past season, he may even be able to be signed at a relative "bargain");
2) Bosh signs off on the move if/when he signs his contract extension;
3) Mike James is re-signed; and
4) Toronto gets Milwaukee's first round pick.
With James, Mo Williams, Charlie V., Bosh and Magloire, the Raps would have a good solid nucleus in place (assuming Mo comes off the bench). Of course, this requires the Raptors to make the conscious selection to follow Bosh as far as he can lead them, which at this point is still unknown since he's only played for terrible teams.
Qualification: I don't know much about the players in the draft this year, so maybe I'm ignoring some potential superstar that can really assist Toronto, or may be Bosh is selling the big guy from Europe (can't remember which country) a little short. Main thing is that with Magloire on board the Raptors allow Bosh to continue to play his preferred PF spot. If he's going to be the face of the franchise, may as well start to make him happy.
