Let's look at the bright side... i know that lossing brad is a terrible blow... but at least he didn't tear cartilage, tendons,or ACL (knock on wood) from the fall... you remember what happened the last time a kings player went down with an injury during a non-contact incident (ie. webber in 2003 playoffs)...
i think that miller may have been trying to overcompensate for his injured/leg contusion and thus putting too much weight on the good leg (now broken leg)... at least this injury will allow him to fully heal both legs, the one with the contusion and now the broken leg.... hopefully he will be back for the playoffs along with bjax...
this also opens up more minutes for the "4 new kings" to establish themselves in the rotation... i consider otag as the 4th "new" king because he should find a new role and actually get some playing time now that miller is out for the regualr season... i think this will actually work in our favor if brad gets back for the playoffs... otherwise, the "new" kings would never have gotten the chance to gel with the team... and with the new parts integrated, the kings will have one of their deepest teams in years come playoffs (assuming miller and bjax are back)...
miller and bobby have games that compliment other players... they have also played with the other starters for a couple of years now... and they do not dominate the ball (ie webber) so when they return, it will be less of a disruption... if the kings can step it up for the next 4-6 weeks, the kings can make some real noise come playoff time...
GO KINGS!!!
