Led Zeppelin to reunite for November charity concert in London
Bloomberg News
September 12, 2007

Sept. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Led Zeppelin is reuniting for a charity concert at London's O2 Arena on Nov. 26, promoter Harvey Goldsmith said in an e-mailed statement.

The band's three surviving members -- Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones -- will be joined by Jason Bonham, son of their late drummer John Bonham, at the 20,000-capacity venue.

The event is in aid of the Ahmet Ertegun Education Fund. The late Ertegun was the co-founder of Atlantic Records.

Wow. Just wow...

A US tour would sellout in an hour - or less. Zep is the all-time rock band with fans aged 20 to 80. Sort of like if Jimi Hendrix could be resurrected.

A 20,000 capacity venue? I'm thinking worldwide Pay-Per-View is gonna be announced soon. Can you imagine how much money they could raise? If they do it, I'll be watching!
