Kings trade for Filip Petrusev

so we haven't had serbian guy for like, 2-3 years?

traditions must be kept alive!

personally, i don't expect anything big from petrušev, but who knows, maybe he can thrive ..
as you saw, very good and very mobile low post scorer, decent 3pt shooter and a bad defender

comparisons with krstić are good, despite petrušev being lighter and faster. low post moves are very similar.
and below average/bad defence

outside shooting is the only big difference.
I compare him more to a bigger Jon Leuer who played for the Grizzlies/Suns/a few other teams a few seasons back now during the Cousins era, Krstic was a fringe All-Star C while on the Nets and had a elite mid range game , Petrusev has more of a floater game but it's a decent comp. At worst he's a better project than the 2-way guys and recent 2nd rounders outside of Jones.

Remember him from the U18 European Championship where he had like 30 in the final against my Latvia. The guy was dominant at the junior level. Will be interesting to see how he looks here if given a chance.
Yeah i remember that and I always remember wondering what ever happened to the super talented PG that Latvia had only to look it up than and realize I just watched him dominate the FIBA world cup and play out of his mind, I thought back than he was NBA bound, I'm not sure where he's at atm Zagars but he was so fun to watch even back than let alone him dismantling the likes of Frances in the WC.

Does anyone know where to watch full G league games? (not live) I just saw Petrusev got sent to Stockton which is a massive downgrade from the EuroLeague but am interested in watching them and I can't find full games on demand on the G League website/youtube page and the season starts and 2-3 days.
