Greetings, fellow Kings fans!

Community duties taken care of, I'm settled in to watch this afternoon's game.

So far, I've liked what I've seen in pre-season. Reggie is trying all kinds of combinations, etc. to get to know his team. I think we have a lot of potential and I feel there's going to be a lot of growth from our kids this year.

As always, we have the game discussion thread (even though piksi's infamous introductions most likely won't start until the actual season begins), we have Bricklayer's grades and we're seeing a return of board members who haven't been around in a while. It's good to see.

Now for the commercial...

So, here we are... another pre-season game as we inch closer and closer to the actual start of the season.

I know I'll probably say this way too many times, but I'm excited about this year's Kings. I like what our starting five brings to the court and I LOVE the potential of the kids. I may be in the minority around here, but I don't have a problem with John Salmons. I think he's got potential and I think he's good enough to help take the team to the next level without impeding the progress of the future.

I've noticed something the past couple of games - Kenny Thomas seems to have come out of his shell, is actually relating to and talking with other members of the team, and I saw him smile a minute ago as he and Mikki were talking about something.

For people that wanted us to rebuild, we're rebuilding. We've got youth, we've got a balance of veterans and we've got HEART and HUSTLE. And, to state the obvious, WE'VE GOT BOBBY J!!!

I love this team!!!
