Greetings, fellow Kings fans!
It's an absolutely drop-dead gorgeous day here in the forest. One of those days where you search for reasons to be outside. It's days like this that remind me of why I live up here so far from everything...
Tonight's game, quite honestly, has the potential to be a yawner of the first magnitude. It's this kind of game that any team would have difficulty on the road getting excited for and knowing they face the Rockets on Monday, I don't really expect a lot of heart and hustle from the Kings today. I'd be pleasantly surprised, in fact, if they showed much more than average practice intensity.
But I've been surprised more than once this season by our Kings. I just won't be faulting them very much if they just can't seem to bring very much effort to the event.
In other news, it looks like another good year of March Madness if you're a college hoops fan. The chances are at least one of the young men we see in the tournament will be wearing Kings purple next season, so that's one reason to take a peek now and again.
