so 3 people decided not to vote him for first team. should have their votes stripped.
12 people didn't vote him 1st team. 3 people didn't even have him on the 2nd team. Then again, 5 people didn't have Walker Kessler as 1st team either. Makes me wonder what (if anything) they're actually watching.

But overall, zero qualms with the 1st and 2nd teams. Nembhard could have made 2nd team over Eason but he faded a bit after a strong start. I thought Sharpe's late season numbers as the Blazers tanked down the stretch might give him a spot on the 2nd team. He'll likely be very good, but glad to see that wasn't rewarded by voters.

I think Keegan was the 4th best rookie after Banchero, Walker, and Williams, but more importantly, he was the best fit for a Kings team that wanted to make the playoffs this season.

I think the teams themselves are fine, but agreed on Kessler too.

Yes, somehow three people did not have Keegan as a top-10 rookie. (Only one each did not have Mathurin or Ivey as a top-10 rookie). These three people should lose their votes, as they are clearly not competent to do the job.

All top 6 picks in the draft represented (except for Chet due to injury)

Congrats to KM. He flashed the whole repitoire in year 1, obviously he's a great match with our personnel now its just a matter of being a bit more consistent and continue to strengthen up.

Both the first and 2nd teams are very good.

I think Mark Williams and Shaedon Sharpe were the best rookies I saw this year who didnt make one of these teams, I see Williams didnt get votes but he passed the eye test to me, especially on defense. This is looking like a solid class after 1 season. The big guys especially Banchero, Duren and Kessler performed much better out the gates than expected. Houston's got 2 rookies who made it, Smith Jr and Eason, they both looked good to me when I saw them.

I think Mark Williams very likely makes a push for the first team if he gets to play all year. Dude was DAMN good once he finally got the opportunity to play extended minutes. Him and Kessler really lived up to the hype as elite defensive prospects and look to be 10+ year starters.

I think they got it right with this. You cannot help but be excited for what this young man's future could hold as long as he remains healthy. I also think we can be excited too, looking at what he can become.
