Best part is the Payton stare down at the very end of the clip, saying "you got me this time, partner, enjoy the moment, 'cause I'm gonna lock you down
now..." haha
 
Pure magic. The dude was out of his mind with creativity those first couple seasons. People thought they may never see the likes of Pistol Pete again, but Jason Williams brought it back. Awesome stuff
 
Looking back it was too bad the Kings couldn't work with him. The way he played was breathtaking. I don't think he was the same after he left.

no i dont think he was either :( seems like being traded made some of that creativity vanish and now he had to buy into a system fully and cut the flash out.
 
Hubie Brown ruined that kid's game. It's ok to teach a player to tone his game down a bit, but Hubie completely took his swag and magic away from him.

Exactly. Brown broke Jason's spirit and took away his love of the game. You could see it in his eyes.
