Why do they always talk about Kobe. I like watching the show when I have free time but it seems every other day is about Kobe or Bonds.

i dunno, waxer, but i completely agree with you. they don't talk steroids as much as the rest of the media, but even their steroid talk gets annoying...

and even tho its the middle of march madness, they did the majority of the show on that...and its been going for a week so...i kinda wish they could start talking more about the NBA Playoff Race, or even their thoughts on Spring Training (altho not in a 5 good minutes segment, because those get long and strung out...i dont like them)

anyways, ya......kobe sucks, why talk about him? but he's Tony's "boy" so...Wilbon's gotta make fun of him for that, and i dont blame him... actually, I'll give Wilbon dap for making fun of Kobe:)

What I don't understand is why ESPN in general (or any sports station) spends so much time talking about a team that isn't going to make the playoffs anyway. I don't see them spending this much time talking about the T-Wolves or the Clips. The T-Wolves should be a much better team on paper, but can't put it together for whatever reason. Kobe gets on a bad team and its the freaking lead story on 7/10 Sportcenters.
