DENVER -- The Sixers insisted there was a carryover from their win over the Lakers Sunday night. They went into the Pepsi Center, where over the last six years the Nuggets have a .785 winning percentage. The Sixers kept that lead throughout the second half and won their third road game of the year and second consecutive game, 114-102. The Sixers shot 36 percent in the first quarter and trailed 30-24.
