Before I bug my eyes out.....let me make sure I'm reading this right....Ticha could possibly miss the opener?!?!? I'm happy to see at least she's thinking a little bit more about scoring and all, but sheesh...would be nice to have her in camp.

Penicheiro on her way - Monarchs point guard Ticha Penicheiro finally is headed back to Sacramento after her French team, Valenciennes, completed its three-game sweep of Bourges 59-55 Tuesday to win the French League championship.

It going to be interesting seeing how the team meshes with Ticha. I presume the first game will be a turnover fest and be interesting where she fits in with this new squad of ours.
