important issues for the Kings the rest of the season:

Bench
I thought of putting up what I thought would be key questions for the Kings for the remainder of the season:

1) Injuries...will there ever be a Kings season without a key injury? Seriously there has to be a reason for all this. As someone has told me before: One time might be an isolated case, two is probably a coincidence, but three or more is a trend....unless we can be healthy, it will be difficult with the roster we have.

2) KMart...how will he respond once teams start aggressively keying on him. How will he respond with the burden of someday being the #1 option on the team. Will he someday blossom into the Kobes, wades, lebrons, arenas of the league?

3) Bibby...will he ever play at 100% again (like he did in preseason). Again, the issue of whether it would have been better to rest him with this wrist early in the season, could only be answered on hindsight. He is obviously not 100% or I dare say even 80% right now. and where is the defense?

4) 48 minute defense...where is the defensive emphasis coach muss was supposed to bring? it may still be early: yes. we have too many injuries: yes. but in the end, we may just not have the right personnel for an effective defense...read: inside big man.

5) coach muss... he is obviously getting used to his team. but how long can he do this playoff style 7-man rotation? as coach whiz has said before...if you want a bench in the playoffs, you have to use them in the regular season. Also, he seems allergic to calling time-outs. he needs to understand that 3 timeouts with a minute left is useless when the opposing team is leading by >10.

6) Ron... who will tell him that he is taking too many bad or forced shots during the game? better yet, how will he respond if someone tells him that? Will he finally succumb to the injury curse on the kings? (crosses finger on the MRI result). Are we better off without him? I don't think so. The game against seattle only showed how bad the sonic D is, not really how great our O is without artest

7) Will we get efficient or consistent production from any of our "bigs". heck, are they even big to begin with.

8) Cisco... when will he stop playing collegiate ball and start playing in the NBA. too much uncontrolled energy sometimes. has the skillset to succeed in the NBA but needs time to develop. Can be a tayshaun prince I think.

Well, these questions will make or break this team not only for this season, but perhaps for the next few as well. Hope we find the answers soon.

GO KINGS!!!

Well I'll Say This Much For Now, Bibby Should Play Bout 25 Mins. For Now And Price Plays The Rest, Artest Is Just Artest Let Him Do What He Does, Garcia Will Only Develop If Muss Gives Him The Opportunity, But He Won't Cuz He's A Dumb Coach, Miller Will Be Miller Lettin The Tony, Baron's, Jason's Drive In For Lay Up Drills But One Way Or The Other, We Need Him Whether I Like It Or Not. That Bein Said, We Aren't Goin To Get A Shotblocker Anytime Soon, So We Have To Play How We Play And Maybe Miller Will Show Some Progress Once He's 85% And Up

2) KMart...how will he respond once teams start aggressively keying on him. How will he respond with the burden of someday being the #1 option on the team. Will he someday blossom into the Kobes, wades, lebrons, arenas of the league?

I still think the Kings are too balanced for opposing teams to really focus on stopping Kevin. Too many other weapons. (and if you're thinking "injured weapons" well, yeah, but worst case is a shot at oden and watching kevin hoist 30 shots a game) Point is, its worth mentioning that KM is getting his with fairly few shots and _not_ being the #1 option. As far as the rest of the question, I'd say we're looking at his response to the future part right now: he's saying all the right things and playing so hard that people are starting to think he should be the #1 option.

Eh, I was going to say more but I got scared of jinxing it.
