Is there a reason that the IMG tags are turned off in the signatures?

Since the board owner was the one who set the parameters for the signatures, he had a good reason.
Yes, part of it is bandwidth. As I indicated, we do have an Art Studio forum where you can post your creations. It's a pretty good alternative to the use of image signatures.
