Can anyone tell me about adding images under my name and also within the posts?

Click on the User CP button just to the left of the FAQ buton up and to the left from here. Then once you're in there look down the list on the left and check those out.

I have tried that but it keeps saying that my pics have to much kb or to many pixels and I don't know how to shrink them.

I'm sure someone can assist you with shrinking your picture here..or you can look for one that is smaller.

If you want to post your picture here, grab the url of it and place it in the "insert image" feature and it will show up...then we can take a look at it.

Make sure the avatar is: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

Yeah, like nebs said, just post it here and someone will shrink it to fit the allowed dimensions.

Also, if you have a picture on your hard drive that is too big, you can post it here by clicking on the "manage attachments" button that you will find under "Additional Options" below the icons that are directly below when you click on post reply.

Gunny - I took the liberty of taking the image you had posted it in another thread and making it the right size for use as an avatar.

If you have another image you would like to use, you can send it to me at vladefan21@hotmail.com and I'll resize it for you and post it.
