Phoenix gets Atlanta's first round pick because of the Boris Diaw/Joe Johnson trade (Unless Atlanta gets a top 3 pick, which means Phoenix gets Atlanta's 2008 first rounder)

Philly gets it's own pick plus the two it got from Denver in the Iverson trade.
