I know football isn't for another 3 months or so, but, seeing as the NFL fans are already making themselves heard, I though I'd add my 2 cents on the college game!

2 Heisman Favorites;

-Brady Quinn, QB Notre Dame
-Adrian Peterson, RB Oklahoma


Others that might sneak in after the first couple weeks:

-Michael Bush, RB Louisville
-Troy Smith, QB Ohio State
-Dwayne Jarrett, WR USC
-Jeff Samardzija, WR Notre Dame

There are others I could list as well, but these 6 are the guys that really caught my attention last year as potential Heisman winners.
 
Much as I'm looking forward to college football, it's a little early to be thinking about Heisman candidates;). I do tend to agree about Peterson though. His name has to be mentioned unless he just has an awful season or gets injured.
 
How about Marshawn Lynch from Cal? He actually got some hype last year, but I think he deserves even more. As long as Justin Forsett can take enough pressure off of Lynch for carries, and the passing game can be average, I think Lynch has a real shot at high numbers in TDs, yards, and yards per carry. He needs to be on every Heisman watch list.
