Yeah, I don't like the way he went about it, either, but I'm happy for Toronto and Raptors fans. Time and time again, players or their agents whine about "not wanting to play in Canada," and every now and then pull something shady to get out (see supposed class act Mourning). Finally, someone actually wants to play in Canada. Good for them.

The Blazers fans over last night weren't beating themselves up over it. In fact they shrugged the whole thing off, they didn't seem upset at Turkoglu or anything. Small sample size I know, but we all seemed more intent to harass the Laker fan.

these guys are just plain old crazy. toronto is an absolutely gorgeous city and i'd love to live there. in fact, looking forward to my retirement there (universal healthcare, you know).
