TORONTO -- After scoring just 12 points in his previous two games, Phoenix Suns guard Gerald Green told coach Jeff Hornacek that he was on vacation. On Sunday, Green led the way with a team-high 28 points as the Suns defeated the Toronto Raptors 121-113.
