Not sure if I understand the question... the spot is reserved for "Yugos." If he declines/doesn't respond, it will be opened up for someone else; there's no "waiting list," if that's what you're asking.

Okay, I've had no response from two of my returning managers, and I'm about ready to consider them both no-shows, so I'm looking to invite new blood into my league.
