Last year, the Western Conference came down to the wire with first place decided by a head-to-head tie breaker. With such a tight race, it's going to be impossible to tell where teams will stack up in the Western Conference this year, but I'm going to try anyway. The Kings earned the No. 9 seed in the Western Conference last year. Enter DeMar DeRozan.
