KINGS PLACE DANIELS ON THE INJURED LIST; ACTIVATE EVANS

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The Sacramento Kings today placed forward Erik Daniels on the injured list (sore lower back) and activated guard Maurice Evans, according to President of Basketball Operations Geoff Petrie.

Daniels, currently in his first NBA season, is averaging 0.5 points (.231 FGs) and 0.9 rebounds per game through 13 appearances.

Evans, currently in his second NBA season (first with Sacramento), spent five games on the injured list with a strained right groin. He is averaging 6.1 points (.523 FGs, .348 3FGs, .690 FTs) and 2.5 rebounds per game through 27 contests (started three).
