It breaks my heart that this tragedy occurred in our community, and since he wanted the donation to remain anonymous, I feel a little bad posting it, but, the story is already out there.
This is the side of DeMarcus that people don't see or pay enough attention to, the side that makes me even prouder to call him a King.

Always good to hear of people caring for others. I heard something on the radio today about when bad things happen in the world to "look for the helpers" and I think we have been shown a helper here.

The City Councilman who represents that area (and whose name escapes me at the moment) made a comment about it at the candlelight vigil and it was immediately pick up.
