Why do former Kings seem to struggle so much after leaving for other teams:
Scott Pollard, Hedo Turkoglu, Doug Christie, Vlade Divac (although he's at the end of his playing days)

Actualy they wanted to move Francis to the 3 gaurd for some reason and are letting Nelson take the point. An experiment tht will probably not last long.

Because the system is very player-friendly and everyone gets touches. If I remember correctly, Pollard said that the Pacers' system is so structured that there are something like at least 70 or 100 different sets to memorize, making it difficult to get into a flow until you've been there a while.
