COMMENTARY | The Chicago Bulls have done a remarkable job of navigating through a season that saw them lose superstar point guard Derrick Rose to another knee injury back in December. Then in January, the organization traded Luol Deng to the Cleveland Cavaliers in a cost-cutting measure to kick start a mini-rebuild. Currently sitting with a 23-24 record (sixth place in the Eastern Conference), the Bulls have leaned on a tough-minded, no-quit attitude from a group led by center Joakim Noah and head coach Tom Thibodeau. Noah is one the more passionate players in the NBA, and he certainly is not afraid to show it -- evidenced by his third-quarter tirade directed toward the three referees in Monday night's road game against the Sacramento Kings.
