Can someone explain the T on Christie

From what I saw, he got shoved to the ground, and didn't say anything offensive afterward....

He said something to Wade, and the refs obviously thinking that it was gonna blow over to something bigger gave both of them a T. I really don't think Christie or Wade deserved a T because they were just exchanging words...and there was some distance between them so it's not like a fight was gonna break out. What he said to Wade, I don't know. If anything, Wade should have at least got a flagrant foul called on him because he saw Christie standing there and continued to run straight into him....ugghh

I think that game was the worst officating I have ever seen. Wade and Christie got T's proabably because they were talking to each other...........That could be the only reason and a stupid reason.

That play certainly didn't warrant a technical foul for either party. It looked to me like Wade didn't see Christie and just crashed into him.

Wade has a very good reputation in the league and I doubt he would try to start a fight. Christie is fairly mild mannered too (barring the Rick Fox incident), so I really think they should have just calmed them down and continued play. They do that all the time, so there's definately no need to call a double T when it would eject one of the players.

The officials did possibly anything they could to make the kings frustrated and to lose.. all christie did was pointed at his head and said im smart.. thats from what I saw..Christie was TOTALLY innocent.. the officiating SUCKED 100%

I have never ever seen someone thrown out on a double technical for that... Refs are usually smarter and realize they have one T already, and getting another one on something stupid like that would be an ejection, which wasn't fair.

No, it wasnt at all.. that is mostly because of the officials.. how can they not do their job like that..it just made me so mad it was completely unfair.

Ok here is what happend on the second T, the one that got Christie ejected. Wade and he amde eye contact before Wade bulldozed him, and it seems that the hit was a overly hard foul to stop the play and get pay back for the bump and steal. DC was pise for obvious reasons and he and Wade exchanged words and it did look like DC was begining to aproach Wade when Salvatore double T'd them. I could editoralize on this but I think I'll stick to the facts and let it go.

I would just add....

"Running downcourt in the third quarter, Wade went out of his way to barrel into Christie, jerking his shoulder upward as they collided and Christie went flying. The two exchanged words and were both given technicals, meaning an ejection for Christie."

i actually fast forwarded through this part of the game...so not to anger myself...cuz i know if it was Techs were called on DC and he didn't punch someone...it wasn't deserved
