How many are coming to training camp with guaranteed contracts? Who is coming to training camp unsigned? From what other avenues could players be added to the roster before the season starts?

What are the NBA minimums as far as players on a team and money spent and how does that affect the roster at this point?

Also...

What does a non guaranteed player make at training camp? What did they make during the Summer League? Is that public information?
