Here's a brief article on Cisti Greenwalt, who had been in the Monarchs' training camp this year and last year, before being waived the M's.

WNBA Notes: Storm acquires 6-foot-5 Greenwalt

The Storm added center Cisti Greenwalt to its roster Saturday, one day after waiving center Kaayla Chones.
"We're looking for a young post that we can develop for the future," Storm coach Anne Donovan said. "After a week, we discovered that wouldn't be the case for Kaayla. But we have the [salary-] cap room, so why not [try again]?"
If Seattle is successful in finding a deep-reserve post player in addition to center Tiffani Johnson, she could help shave minutes from players who probably will be forced to cope with nagging injuries throughout the season, such as Lauren Jackson (shins), Janell Burse (shoulder) and Wendy Palmer (Achilles tendon).
The 6-foot-5 Greenwalt, who practiced Saturday, was cut in Sacramento's training camp twice — first in 2005 after being drafted 35th overall, and May 18 after averaging 2.5 points and 2.0 rebounds in two exhibitions. Greenwalt, 23, played college ball at Texas Tech.
