John Salmons is a good player who will contribute to our team -- he can fill the lanes and get into the lane. He was stuck behind AI and Iguodola. The guy's a player who will get better. And his contract is not going to kill us.
Todays events are disappointing NOT b/c we signed John Salmons. He will work out fine. Today sucks for Kings fans b/c our best rebounder, toughest player, our most clutch playoff performer bailed on us for diddly squat.
Instead of loyalty to teammates, fans, a community and an organization willing to embrace him, he shuns it all - fame, adoration, a resurrected reputation, a small fortune -- for what???? For the all-mighty dollar, for MORE money, more greed, and to satisfy his stupid over-inflated ego.
