Arco Arena renovations?

Sorry if this was posted on another thread but was just curious if anyone knows what kind of renovations have been done to the arena in the offseason. I saw a picture somewhere of construction being done but i dont think it said what was being done.

If there is a reno being done I wholeheartedly applaud it. Arco is gonna be their home for at least 2 more years. Why spend those 2 years in a dilapidated building? Kinda like candlestick. The 49ers continued to at least make the stadium serviceable even while building levi stadium.
