The NBA released its second update in the 2014 NBA All-Star balloting, and Kings center DeMarcus Cousins ranks 12th among Western Conference big men with 99,903 votes.Cousins, 23, is averaging a career high 22.5 points to go along with 10.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.8 steals, 1.1 blocks and 31.3 minutes a game in his fourth NBA season in Sacramento.
