Mister Slim Says: The thing about being a player-first fan is that you don't tend to be obsessed with things like wins and losses or draft picks, or even bothered by teams underperforming, as long as the players are playing hard. But then you get into situations like what's happening with the Kings right now, when the players aren't even playing hard.

Kings have now clinched a losing record on the road, and pretty much need to run the table to avoid a losing record overall. After losing to a depleted Wizards team that isn't even trying to win basketball games, the Kings are in Charlotte to play the Hornets. And, unfortunately for the Kings, they will again be playing against guys who are going to go hard for forty-eight minutes, because they don't have anything to lose.

You know, it would be easy to lose hope given how this season has gone. Brown getting fired after an atrocious start, Fox slithering his way out the door to San Antonio, ever louder rumblings of displeasure from our remaining stars. The familiar stench of Kangzian malaise settling over everything as The Beam gathers dust.

But after that game against the Wizards, I believe again... Yessir, no matter how dark the night, there will always be a dawn!

That's right Kings, even though it's Charlotte you can do it! You can... get that LIN!!

The last time we played the hornets we beat the heck out of them with ball. Now he’s out so we are gonna double that butt kicking even with Domas out. Plus I just dropped $250 on the kings. No way they lose now.
