76ers vs. Detroit - game 2

down 6 at halftime ... AI is like 5/18, Webb is 3/8 ... Webb looks like he is playing with energy though.... hope the 2nd half is better than last game.

I'm just reading the PBP but looks like Webber is getting a lot of shots, 6 of 15 right now. and Philly only down by 9 in third so looking better for them than game 1. GO SIXERS. I can't believe it's not on tv, they've got bowling or some s*** on ESPN when we could be watching playoffs. Not everyone wants to watch Shaq.

That was fun. Crowd was good tonight. Strange postgame comments from AI. I am suprised that Rogers didn't play. I suspect the Sixers will blow the Pistons out at home in game 3.

what did he say?

He practically conceded defeat. Somethign to the effect of 'We just can't beat these guys, we need to get a stop, but every time we get close they score.' A reporter realy rubbed it in right after he said that. The reporter was like 'So are you saying you can't win?'

I think AI is trying to use the media as a motivator, but perhaps he went too far. I do expect that the games in Philiy will be more competitive.

thanks. wow. brutal, but fairly realistic. Detroit is a BAD match up for Philly, and it's going to be tough. I hate to see it.

i don't see the sixers blowing out the pistons... how the hell would that happen unless jordan magically decides to put on a sixers jersey. the pistons are better in every aspect of the game, and home and away i don't see a difference.

Well, if the Sixers' bench outscores the Pistons' by a factor of ten, they seem to have a shot...

I like O'Brien as a coach. Did a masterful job in Boston. Good adjustments here, and the players excicuted. Iverson went off as he was expected to, especialy with those postgame comments after game 2.
