Mister Slim Says: Eighteen more games of this.

This game is mildly intriguing: Chicago isn't any good, but they're not bad enough to tank. If Buzelis plays, the Bulls likely have enough to win and, if they don't... well, the Kings are still coached by Doug Christie when last I checked, so a home win is far from assured.

Keep playing the kids.

I cannot, for the life of me, think of the name of the arcade game both me and my brother used to spend an endless amount of time playing whenever we went to a place that had that specific game. If I can ever track it down, I will drop the name, but it definitely was one of the best games I've ever played. The name has escaped me, unfortunately.

Maybe should have picked Super Mario Bros. instead of Galaga, but loved them both. Joust was cool. Liked the old Star Wars game too even though I wasn't that good at it. Moon Patrol. Tron and Disks of Tron.

Despite having seen it in an arcade (and even working at an arcade where such a cabinet was located), I don't consider Super Mario Bros. to be an arcade game.

I don't know if "deserve" should have anything to do with it. I'm not particularly a fan of Christie's roster decisions, but I'm good with Monk continuing to come off the bench.
Then expect another loss. If your best player is not on the court, your team suffers the conseqences.

In case you were wondering, the Kings' best players are Domantas Sabonis and Malik Monk. They both have shown they can lead and win.

I don't agree with either one of these things.

If the Kings lose tonight, it won't be because they didn't start Malik Monk; that's absurd.

No it's not. If Luke Doncic came off the bench and played 18 minutes, the Lakers fans would be up in arms. Malik is no Luka, but the point remains: you have to start and play your best players the most minutes in order to win.

Balloonjuice. If it was good enough for Gregg Popovich, it's good enough for me.
