Mister Slim Says: Sacramento is in the midst of their first winning streak of the season, and pro-tankers are crashing out. And with the Washington Wizards next on deck, they aren't likely to feel any better after tonight. Former King Marvin Bagley III is quietly having the most efficient season of his career, and is averaging a respectable 10/6 in his second stint with the Wizards.

I'm a simple man, with simple needs: more minutes for Cardwell, Ellis, Clifford and (hopefully) Carter. Less minutes for DeRozan, LaVine and Westbrook. Do that, and I don't really care who wins the game.

I'm expecting a win powered by heavy vet minutes, but if it leads to them getting flipped for draft picks, go get em!

Fellow tankers stay strong! There's plenty of games left to lose! Washington is a tough lin to get.

I don't think that you and I use the word "forgot" the same way: I had a list of 40 events that I then whittled down to 25, which I then whittled down to 12, which I finally whittled down to 9. Both of the events in your post made my initial list, neither of them made the first cut.
 
Keon is out... Collins for LAC that is supposed to be involved in a trade (for DDR+Keon) is available for them but has played 0 seconds in the whole first half. So if for whatever reason Demar wont play maybe that trade will happen quite soon.

That essentially just saves $10M off next seasons payroll. I guess if the team considers Keon gone then it could be worth it. I’d expect LAC to push for Bogis expiring though instead of Collins? He’s been playing well for them and they’ve been winning.
 
While waiting for the game, I am watching Magic Johnson highlights. Wow.


Nobody plays like that today. Too bad the videos are so grainy.

The word is that Scott Perry is never throwing Keon into a trade without a first round pick coming back. I love and prefer that, if true.
