I'm a big fan of 24 and just saw the new ads. I'm excited for the new season. My hubbie and I were discussing when the new year starts for 24 since the ad didn't say. I'm thinking early fall and he said next year. Does anyone remember?

Anyone else into it?

Oops, so sorry. I remembered discussing it during the season last year and checked back through the 5 pages that showed up on lounge and didn't see the thread.

I'm looking forward to it, too, Bibbylicious. The bad part is that each season is only 24 weeks long...

I'm totally confused with all the new shows on cable coming at odd times of the year anyway. When any of us hear anything about one of the shows we've been discussing over time it's nice to see it posted.

my parents are big fans of "24"

all I know is I met one of the guys who edits 24, among other things. Met him on an excursion on a cruise to Mexico. he said the actors, in 24 especially, screw around a lot and it makes for a lot of laughing for him.

I thought I'd share.

Jack Bauer (Keifer Sutherland) is the name of the main character in 24.

As far as the new season goes, I'm really curious. Is it going to pick up right where it left off with Jack apparently on his way to hide in Mexico, or will it leave that storyline and have him back at the job?

I admire the writers of this series so far. They have done an EXCELLENT job of keeping people turning in week after week.
