    Kings free agency, part 3

Exactly. I think the worry was what we would do with the cap space and I definitely think Vlade did exceptionally well to fill it.

    Kings free agency, part 3

    Isn't Barnes with the Grizz?
  3. TheGOAT1006

    Kings free agency, part 3

What a great long weekend for Kings basketball is all I can say!

Kings and free agency - part 2

Boogie just posted on IG convo between he and Stauskas.....looks like no bad blood at all there
  5. TheGOAT1006

Kings and free agency - part 2

Can we please take Jeremy Lin out of the discussion lol. I think the guy is a joke. Would much rather have Ray playing backup. Why throw money at this guy.
  6. TheGOAT1006

Kings and free agency - part 2

Wesley Matthews is a legitimate starting SG in this league...Landry was and always will be a bench player. Not even close.
  7. TheGOAT1006

Kings and free agency - part 2

Lou Will 11 mil? No thanks. Rather get Belinelli for cheaper. Lou Williams is nothing special.

Kings and free agency - part 2

I really don't see the "lure" in Dallas. He would get to play with Chandler Parsons who is nothing more than a good SF (Rudy is better IMO and provides more star level play), and Deandre Jordan which we all know is below Boogie. An aging Dirk....like who would want to play here and expect to win...

Kings and free agency - part 2

How did we give up "all our future assets"? We got rid of deadweight PFs and Stauskas. The 2018 pick is protected and then Sixers can swap spots on 2 others....why are you all saying asset? Lol so confused. It's one pick and its protected. We should be planning to make the playoffs every year...

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

And I think that chance is much greater in Sacto if everything pans out. Dallas has got Chandler Parson and an old Dirk. Toronto will never win anything in the East, they have no star.
  11. TheGOAT1006

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

Monta Ellis is Lou Williams pretending to be a starter. So glad he went to Pacers.
  12. TheGOAT1006

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

If we offered Monta 12 a year, there shouldn't be a problem gettin Wes some money. Wes >> Monta
  13. TheGOAT1006

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

Let's hope so. If thats the case, I like it. Adds decent depth.
  14. TheGOAT1006

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

That was corny and irrelevant to the trade or building a legitimate contender but ok lol
  15. TheGOAT1006

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

Basically, like others, they are worried about having "assets" later on down the line and "draft picks". They are not worried about winning today. No worries Hammer, we are heading in the right direction.
  16. TheGOAT1006

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

I'm officially convinced. Those of you against the trade must secretly have a deep love/connection with Landry, JT, and Stauskas that you are just not being honest about. You also are secretly planning a 2018, 2019, 2020 NBA Draft Party extravaganza and this trade has just crushed those...
  17. TheGOAT1006

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

I don't think Blazers would be "happy" about getting JT and Landry lol
  18. TheGOAT1006

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

Eric Gordon has been in the league for 7 years now....I think it's safe to say he's not an elite anything. Good shooter, yes. But I'm just fine developing and taking my chances with Ben. One day he may find the stroke.
  19. TheGOAT1006

Kings trade JT, Nik and Landry to Sixers (renamed)

Exactly. Let's say Rondo and Matthews don't pan out. If we get any GOOD serviceable players be it Beverly, Belinelli, Koufos, Brewer. We would still be better off than had we kept Stauskas, LAndry, JT and a 2018 first rounder. That's a playoff team right there w/ good fitting pieces.
