Sabonis and Turner were a pretty good pair. When they were on the floor together they were an elite defensive pair.

Mike Brown said that Murray will be a starter. Based on practices, it looks like he will be replacing KZ.

I saw that the lineup: Fox, Huerter, Barnes, Murray, Sabonis has a +56.4 net rating in 11 min played so far. If you swap KZ for Keegan we are -14.8 net rating in 25 min. Small sample sizes but it’s good to see we are finally going to it.

it was especially bad yesterday. We couldn’t go one possession without a foul call. It was almost unwatchable. Additionally, we are being just aggressive as the other team and yet they still shoot 10 more free throws than us. We always seem to have a massive free throw disparity.

Outside of Josh Hart, and Jermai Grant, our defense did well. Those two destroyed us. Lillard and Simons shot 14/40, 35%. But we could not stop Hart and Grant, Barnes got totally cooked all night. It’s only one game, we will see how he does over this hard stretch of games.

yeah, if Holmes can get the push shot goin, the one he seemed to never miss, that would help. The team is going to have ups and downs, just can’t get too down on the downs while they figure each other out.
