Transition defense doesn't exist. Just tell your team, "Only PF/C crash boards, PG/SG/SF run back on defense, regardless if the shot is going in or not. If you don't, you get benched." HOW HARD IS THAT? Or to make it simpler, tell everyone to run back on defense and do not go for the offensive. This is basic ****.
