a quick look down the standings and I just don’t see many teams that make sense for him. Second apron teams are out. Rebuilding teams are most likely out. The one that stood out to me is the Lakers. They are going to be all in on a championship next season and will need a center and one more bench for piece. Not sure if they will have a mid level or part of one or not. If I was a betting man, I’d put it at 70/30 he re-signs with Kings. He has been outstanding in his role and he is aware kings fans love him which is something he values.
Not that I just want him to be back, but I think it'd be smarter for him to build some 'injury protection" into a 1-1 deal, go prove next season that he's for real and then he could hit FA after a full season of showing how good he is.

My guess is his market is somewhere in that Caleb Martin/Highsmith/Jalen Smith sort of range from 5-8 mil/season. If he goes out and shows he's a legit 2-way wing, he probably starts looking at 14+ 2 off-seasons from now.
