They aren’t a play-in team but if they do get in that situation, they’ll be lucky to get into a first round to begin with. I don’t see them winning a single elimination game, at least not at home.
It depends on who the match up is I’d say. If it’s Clippers or Nawlins we would be in serious trouble. I’m not giving up on them. The biggest thing we need imo is the return of Star Fox. If Giannis or Luka or SGA had 12 points their teams would likely be in trouble too
Our 3 point defense has been terrible for like since…forever? Why do we leave shooters wide open every game? Is it personnel? Coaching?? It’s frustrating
I’m pretty sure this Kings team lost to the spurs at home when they had a chance to clinch a post season birth in April. The teams are very very similar
Games like this are why I can’t get into this season. I appreciate the good. I want to squint my eyes and pretend that’s who they really are, but this roster is very flawed and won’t win playoff series. Hopefully big trades coming.

Fox being 0-4 from the line is stunning to me. I know they’re exhausted but i just can’t excuse this kind of stuff. I wish the Kings were playing tomorrow so we can quickly move on
Who is sensitive to criticism? Brown? Fox? The team?
If so, then wouldn't we have lost more games on this latest road trip? Why were we just able to come off a 5-2 record if the team is sensitive to criticism? Or did that just happen tonight?
But it's definitely not on the coaches. They are incredible and beyond reproach. There is absolutely not way that us being mentally soft has anything to do with the coaches. If you think that you are wrong and bad.
Chicken or the egg, it kind of is. The Kings simply do not have a bunch of the types of defenders or athletic ability on the wing you see out of a lot of teams. Then at the rim this isn't a big team although Domas is very good with positioning at the rim. The Kings stops at the rim almost always rely on body movement on help and in Brown's system that means pushing down from the 3 and then running back out. With small guard or bigger slower lineups sending someone back out to cover that shot is not workable the farther down you go.

Very true! But this team matches up well against all of those teams (for the most part) and always plays super hard against the good-great teams, so, I’ll say what i said before the long road trip - I’m not nearly as worried as tonight suggests we should be. Most of us knew deep down that we’d likely lose tonight
Agree to disagree sir. Maybe he's not the best fit for the team he's on. But his efficiency average as you may say is still good individually. His shooting averaged are very good and his defense isn't bad either. He's got highest trade value of anyone on that team
