Even if the kings were hitting their outside shots I'd be concerned about taking too many tonight. This team has got to start attacking the paint and trying to get joker in foul trouble.

But how about Charlotte and Washington before? Can’t be losing games we’re supposed to lose on top of losing games we’re supposed to win.
Dude, you don't need to keep posting this. Those were bad losses. They're still overwhelmingly playing well vs bad teams on the year. 2 things can be true at once.

I'll even map it out for you:

@Hornets W
@Magic W
@LAL W
Vs Spurs W
Vs Pistons W
V Pacers W
V Bulls W
@Knicks L (although this could go either way. But we'll be liberal with our use of "should win")
@Pistons W
V Hornets L
V Lakers W
V Wizards L

9-3 vs bad teams and games we should win. 9-2 if we take out the Knicks game, especially since Fox missed that one. Show me any season where that's been the case for the Kings in the last 16 years?

Knicks haven't really been a bad team this month either (present 4 game losing streak excluded).

Probably that one magical Joerger year before the ____ hit the fan. We know how that ended.

This franchise is so hard to support. Right when they make you things have truly turned around, everything starts crumbling again.
It's going to take coaching for sure. Ideally Monte can go get a legit 2nd option but even so, just running the ball out and playing probably ain't cutting it this year. Last year or the year before? Maybe. But this is a tough, tough conference this season.

Yeah if the Kings were getting eaten by guard play Delly might work. TD is one of the only explosive players besides Monk on the team. Monk is starting to cook so he might not be needed.
Yeah, Bones scored like three baskets at the end of the half but that excluded, guard defense has not been the issue tonight. It's the forward/center position that's been killing us (although MPJ immediately cooled down the second we put KZ on him).

I don't like those losses at all. Not one bit. And I hate that we seem to have lost 100% effective Domas as a result of trying to do something in the Washington game.

But bad stretches happen, and getting creamed up front and by Jokic when we're missing our best player is just going to happen. On a back to back when we got figured out and our coach is in health and safety timing can't be worse but we still have a big opportunity in January to get some wins and make our mark and these two against Denver and even last week weren't going to be the keys to the season.

Yeah, and Jokic is Jokic but letting MPJ go all GOAT on you isn't acceptable. He's a good player but 2 nights of dominance from a player scoring 16 per is not OK.

Are we really supposed to lose to a Denver Nuggets team without Aaron Gordon and Jamaal Murray meanwhile we have everyone available though? Debatable I guess.

I can't support not even checking to see if Davis might be hot for two straight games.
I will say playing Fox/TD/Monk is better than playing Davion in place of someone but the Kings are getting destroyed by size this season for sure. No questions. Some of us questioned it before the year, it's real. Either Monte or Mike Brown have work to do. If any team wants to play 3 guards, you better be running offense through them. That forces the bigger player on the opposing side to keep up with the advantage in speed. Otherwise you have to not only spread and shoot over size, but guard it on the other end.

Jokic. He could have you, me, Slab and Tetsu as his supporting cast and still find a way to win 45+ games in a season. People really don't want to admit it for some reason, but if he stays healthy, gets a ring or 2, he's going down as a top 15 player of all-time.
