Hall of Famer
After 5 long centuries Kings finally conquered the "Big Apple." They made it harder than it was neccessary, but that is the way Kings do things these days.
Bottomline - one down three to go.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Raptors are fairly athletic team but their talent level is as good as their record.(not worthy mentioning). As far as I can remember Kings only lost once in Canada in the last 6 years. It was a very early game. They spoiled my breakfast that day. Lot's of Serbs there - so Kings should have nice support there - especially Pedja who always has a good game there. (no Vlade this time tough).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Last night Kings had 3 solid quarters. 3 would be enough tonight too. I hope that RA will continue to play 9 guys so the starters get some rest for the last 2 games of the trip. Basically only we can beat ourselves tonight.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

CW - ( before he gets traded to NY ;) ) has a game where absolutely nobody can guard him. Hopefully, he will use that advantage to go to the basket more and shoot jumpers less. Also it is back to back so one never knows

Pedja should have great support and thus great game tonight

DC - been awfully quiet lately. We need more of him regardless of the fact that his subs are doing well

Brad - an easy double double

Bibby - will be interesting to see that matchup with Alston. Mike is without the doubt better player. Alston has some tricks in his bag.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tag - how about 15 rebounds in 20 minutes tonight ( he will not get 20 minutes)

Darius - better than last night I hope

Evans - will give me a reason to watch NBA fastbreak

Martin - as long as he gets playing time everything else will be OK
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hopefully, RA will not let Raptors going on a big run before calling TO ( who am I kidding)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

One of the Raptors (other than Marshall who always plays us well) will have a career game tonight.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LAL plays in Dallas - one of them has to lose - thus we win either way.

Go Rockets !

Raptors' seem to play well at home team (9-4). As long as Kings play well like last night's game especially in the first half, should be enough to get a W.

GOO KINGS!!!

This ain't gonna be a purty game. I think the Canadian ball is hard for them to handle.

:D

Yup looks like the second night of back to back road trip. This is why a compleet second unit is so vital.

It can not get much worse
Sure it can.

But I don't think it will. Back to back road games are tough but the Kings can easily get up for the second half. Their D is doing ok it's just about execution on offense which is not too hard for the Kings to adjust at the half. Look for more inside play and better run plays down low.

piksi - Oh give it a bleeping rest.

Tag isn't playing because it would do no good to have a big defensive presence in the paint when the Raps are essentially playing without a bleeping center. He's not gonna block perimeter shots, which are almost entirely what the Raptors have scored from.

That was brought up by Grant and Jerry several times.

But don't let facts get in the way of your unrelenting hatred of Rick Adelman...

For the record, RA isn't the one who is ice cold in shooting. He can't make the ball go into the bucket. He is doing what he can, shuffling players and making adjustments.

Are you watching the game?

Tag would not do worse than the starters. Only one person knows why he is not playing
You KNOW I love the big guy but the pace this game is going he would get run off the floor. The only way to play him is to slow the Kings offense down, and play half court D. Might work but I doubt if it is anything they have practiced (although they might try it) Also Brad is one of the guys hitting out there, do you really want to take him out of the game?
