Oh, good. Another TNT broadcast. My spleen is in serious peril...
Seriously, Kings fans, although some complain about Grant and Jerry being Kings homers, I would rather listen to them than have to face the agony of listening to the TNT staff and the half-time "analysis" of Charles Barkley.
But, I shall persevere. I'll do it for all of you who don't have access to TV or radio coverage. I'll do it because
I'm such a brave little soldier.
I have my purple slippers, lucky socks, Bibby jersey and Kings blankey. I've already consumed a pot of coffee (hey, it's cold outside) so my caffeine levels should be reaching critical stage by game time. Speaking of game time, anyone want to place any bets the first game - Houston at Orlando - goes into overtime? I'm looking forward to watching the early game, however, just to get a glimpse of Hedo and Doug. I am so very glad they're doing well. IMHO this trade could end up being one talked about for a long time as being a premiere example of how NBA trades CAN benefit both teams.

Tonight should be a good game. Remember, LBJ made his league debut here in Sacramento. He learned right away how it feels to play in Arco and he learned that he wasn't going to win every game he played in. I'm confident he could find out once again that Arco just isn't a friendly place for visiting teams and league phenoms.
GO KINGS!!!
