dominant showings in big spots against the heart of the Padres and Rockies order in recent appearances

probably not this season but that’s the prototypical closer. Not these adventurous pitch to contact relievers

Well, the difference in the division comes down to the head to head vs Colorado

Giants went 15-4 vs Rockies
Dodgers went 13-6 vs Rockies

notable that the season the 103 win Giants failed to make the playoffs in..Colorado went 0-13 vs Atlanta

if it holds up, Colorado makes up for it
