Mister Slim Says: My favorite trivia so far this season (as mentioned in the Bulls [Game] thread): the Kings have had a double-digit lead at some point in every game they've played this season, except for the lone game they won. After two days off they head into Milwaukee to face the Bucks, to kick off a brutal November schedule. Frankly, the Kings are going to have to play above their skis to steal a win today, or any other day this month, as going oh-for-November seems decidedly plausible.

But, that's why they play the games, right?

Yep, that's why they play the games. I wonder if these next two games, versus Milwaukee and Denver, will be Coach Christie's "K. Z. Okpala moment," in which he realizes that the veteran starters he was relying on are not working, and are not going to work.

The Kings have been in every game, right up to the fourth quarter. Now it's up to the rookie coach and his mix of veteran and young players to spin the dials in just the right way to crack the safe.

In the GS-Bucks game they reported the Yannis injury as a hamstring. He worked out just prior to the game and was a last minute no-go.

The Bucks look to be a very good team, even without Yannis. Their guards have playing very well, especially Rollins, which is not great for a Kings' team that hasn't shown they can defend the guard position. Still looking for Clifford to come back from his hammy.

I counted two “for sure” wins (one of which is against a suns team we already lost to) and maybe 6 or 7 maybes. I voted 2-3 but I suspect we get a couple more when one of our vets get going on a hot streak.
