So here is the real problem....he is a 52.8% FT shooter, not 75%....don't forget when the game is on the line, this guy has to watch on the bench due to his poor FT%.....just because of that, he will never be considered "The Greatest" because he is a non-factor on the bench, or sometimes even...
I think it is more like Top 20 players in the NBA for "THIS SEASON". But then it is a little bit strange because guys like Duncan or Shaq aren't doing that good this season.
You miss the point here;)
The plays in the clip are all from before this year. If this year's clip is to be made, it probably would be highlights of all the double and triple teams on him.
Due to his recent dominance, all the people are saying this guy has improved all the sudden, he becomes...

You tell me this guy is slow and soft?
This dude is NASTY and MEAN!!!
I wonder if we have something like this for our Kings players?
It was 27 points and 11 rebounds by half time.
I watched the whole game...
in the 1st half, Dallas double team Yao only when he starts to make his move...but Yao score no matter what. It was at one point Yao VS Dallas.
In the 2nd half, Dallas double team him at the moment he touches the ball...
Top 10 is just not enough to include all the great players and big names....I would say we need at least top 15 or 20(so hard to leave alone guys like Dirk, T-mac, Shaq, Kidd, etc.).
But Ron? Sorry, I really like him, but he is not anywhere near to the list...
Umm i would give lots of credit to Duncan for making his teammates better. Guys like Parker or Manu wouldn't have that much success if they are not with Duncan. Actually, Duncan really has been a clutch player through out his career, just not this season because he doesn't even need to be clutch...
I am sure Houston Rockets have worse luck than us. At least we have all of our starters back by now.
The players that have been injuried for Rockets:
Sura (should be the starting PG, out for whole year)
Anderson (should be the starting SG, traded)
T-Mac (starting SF of course, out again)
Swift...
KG is playing like KG this season, but Duncan's number really decline a lot.
But overall, I think Duncan still has bigger impact to the game than KG, unless KG decides to work in the blocks more often.
The key thing is that the Rockets will play 8 straight teams with winning record (Pacers the 1st one...and 8 more to come, including 2 against SA and 1 against Dallas, 1 against Piston)...so you can probably tell if they are able to get in playoff or not by the end of next week.
In other words...
And he does it with all the double-teaming often too....impressive.
Just strange that many coaches and players from other teams think he is so overrated....but everytime they play against him, they double him without the ball and triple team him in the paint....I mean..would you do that against...
tonight:
38 points
10 rebounds
5 block shots
Super-star type numbers since coming back from toe surgery. Also 1 of the 4 players to average 20+points and 10+ rebounds this season.....this guy indeed outplays Shaq so far this year.
