Following Future Prospects

Cayden Boozer (the less hyped, shorter, guard prospect brother) did steal the show at the Peach Jam. That was about as good of a showing as he could've possibly had and even like 15 assists in the semi-final. Cool to see that.

Here's some of the latest footage from Tyran Stokes...Who I feel pretty comfortable saying profiles as a lottery pick, the Nuggets winning the chip with Aaron Gordon playing such a key role is only gonna help his chances.. It's kind of absurd to try and gauge his talent level vs players his own age.. This isnt the first post I've made about him in this thread, and it wont be the last, as its going to really take a heck of a PF propsect to knock him down a peg from that top PF spot..

Definitely see some Aaron Gordon in his game... Many compare Domas to Jokic, could we somehow land this kid to be our AG?!?!? It'd literally cost the farm tho, would be a trade all the picks situation, this kid is a lotto pick.

Betcha Charles Barkley will love this kid.. Betcha he'll say Stokes reminds him of himself.

Is he related to that Stokes that played in the NBA for Memphis and was really solid for Tennesse I think, He is built like him/looks like him but far more athletic obviously

Thats Jarnell Stokes, no relation.

Tyran's family is from Louisville, though I dont think he grew up a fan of the Cardinals. But yeah he's a beast of an athlete.

That highschool team he's on Prolific Prep(AJ Dybansta listed above is on his team), is going to draw quite a bit of attention this season so we'll be hearing this players name a lot more soon.

He actually moves fairly well to.....I saw him I think play for Canada youth teams before and he was terrible but his motor skills/coordination based on those highlights have come a long way.

Edit-> I totally forgot to mention his name, Valdez Edgecombe

There is a young talent from Bahamas playing for his NT in Olympics qualifiers, he is almost 19 years old and he will be playing for Baylor next season. He is the leading scorer for Bahamas so far in the tournament scoring more points than Ayton, Eric Gordon and Buddy Hield

He also tried to do this yesterday... reminded me a bit of Ja's attempts to "catch a body"

Anyway FIBA posts them for free in twitter it seems, but requires subscription in youtube, so now it's all good, apologies for spamming the thread!

Not much happening right now. Obviously Cooper Flagg is the favorite to be drafted number one, but that could all change. Although I do think Flagg is the real deal. Its been a nice quiet summer and I've been busy with a face lift on my house which was sorely needed. I love the addition of DeMar. He's always been one of my favorite players in the league. He actually put up better defensive numbers than Barnes did last year. It's a shame about Carter. I was looking forward to seeing him play.

Have you done/are you doing everything yourself? Or have you hired someone (i.e. a contractor) to do it all, and you're just making sure it all gets done to your satisfaction?

On Carter, me too. But I think it's also likely that if he weren't injured he would have been drafted before the Kings had a shot at him.

Of course if that were the case Tristan Da Silva would have been a fantastic consolation prize and a nice, low cost Lyles replacement after next season.

Cooper had a terrible end to the game against Kentucky. Fumbled two possessions in a row with less than a minute to go resulting in turnovers and then had a guard get around him for a rebound on a free throw that would have given Duke one last chance to tie.

Good. Maybe now he'll fall to us in the draft.

Bogoljub Markovic has started the ABA season on fire 14ppg on 54/44/88 splits 9 boards which has shocked me the guys rebounding has been out of this world when you consider how skinny (yet tough) he is and 3 assists. His best skill is pushing the ball at 6"11 after snatching a board. Slightly less skilled/smart Bjelly with a insane motor.

He's not on many mocks but I can't see how he's not a 1st round pick
