Our usual reliable pillars Fox and Holmes are combined 5-20 shooting. If that doesn't improve in the second half no way we win; doesn't look like this will be a big Buddy game either. Might need HB to put up 50.

my exact thoughts....less is more in terms of training and longevity
Right. By no means am I going to get mad at a guy for working too hard but Walton’s been playing him 40
minutes a night so Fox should probably know his own body well enough to not push himself to the point of exhaustion.

Big Buddy games can happen in the span of 2 minutes. haha. That said, trying to pound teams is hit and miss and more of clock control strategy so when you're down double digits to one of the more physically beefier and better defensive teams you're giving yourself a small window to create opportunity in.

The Lakers coaches are sticking it to the Kings coaches in every manner imaginable. As soon as the Kings play to the middle on help, yoink, right to the open spot. They've scouted the Kings to a T.

The most amazing thing about Luke Walton is that, after our team rips off a huge run of good basketball games playing easy pick and roll five out basketball outside of his horrible high post sets, he somehow found the time to design and implement an entirely new differently bad offense to gum up the systems.

They have to pick it up soon, this would be a tough loss to swallow with time running out on the season. You'd prefer to have a little room to breathe before a play in scenario.

He finds a way to play to the strengths of his role players. That's his MO for sure. No doubt about it. I don't think Monte will let a collapse from the neck up occur again so he better be on the ready.

The plays you make when you don't adjust to anything. Driving into 3 defenders all game from almost every position.
A lot of it is straight shot-making. Kings missing a lot of open shoots. Lakers, not so much.

Whatever. Kings had every incentive to come back strong tonight. Losing by 18 in the 4th to a team w/out its two superstars really blows.
