The thing is that Harry was actually doing an okay job of matching his intensity but coach took him out and let Willie sorta freelance on the perimeter while Harrell just feasted inside.

Dallas traded Barnes for nothing for a reason.

Defensively I like Barnes quite a bit. Offensively Barnes doesn't play winning basketball and folds under pressure time and time again.

Technically he's better than what the Kings had and gave up but Barnes doesn't actually get you any more wins. Sports is funny that way. Barnes is a superior player on paper to Shumpert but Shump helped this team win more.

The Kings seriously need to put in more plays that rely on the 3 ball. Without Bagley on the inside it becomes a no other option kind of thing. Without him the Kings can't get 21 looks behind the arc. And many of those weren't even drawn up so it's even less than that really.

(Also the Clippers pushing hard for a playoff spot at the cost of their own pick on the back of the idea that they'll impress a star FA is a very Kangzy thing to do)

Harrell had 2 more rebounds than Bogdan, and shot 38%. Not his best night (and I know because he is on my fantasy team, drafted, cause I watched lots of Clippers games last season)

I think Dave should get some major blame at how this team has thrown away their playoff chances with his lineups.

Perhaps because we played a small ball line-up against a very good offensive rebounding team.

Because he gave up multiple O-rebs to Harrell directly before that sequence.

Put the blame where it lies on Joeger’s small ball line-up which was awful pretty much the whole game. You really expect WCS to rebound 3 against 1?!

The team came back playing a long line-up and Joeger never went back to it. He stubbornly stuck with his small ball line up. You blamed Bogi for not moving when Joeger call a 1-4 flat and WCS when Joeger has us outmatched at all positions.

Quit blaming the players for a coach putting them in a bad spot. We are 1-5 since Joeger made his change.

But it's more when he got the rebounds that mattered. Those rebounds after our good defense cost us the game before Barnes' dumb drive did.

Guys, the Kings defense wasn't that bad in this one. The Kings will only be as good as their offensive play. If they do play Barnes at PF I don't know how they can't take advantage by spreading the floor and opening up the middle. The Kings are reverting to some kind of attack team with no spacing in which to do it. Takes those end of game heaves away and the Kings sit at 19 attempts.

Demolition on the offensive board. You could basically count on the Clippers getting the ball when they needed to.

Great performance by Fox with not nearly enough help from his friends. Brewer and Giles showed up, but it was a lotta nothing after that.

Kings playoff chances are plummeting like a skydiver with no parachute.
